The Constructors

The Constructors are a group of (human) academics and their families within the College of Horizons dedicated to the study of techniques of construction. A group of workaholics, they effectively make a clan of their own. The direct usefulness of their studies allows them to make enough money to continue with some independence.

Though mostly what you'd expect from a bunch of academics in the College, they take more of an interest in the practicalities of their area of study than most. In fact, they are known for working with builders of other clans to produce many of the more impressive buildings in the Union.
