Segue leads the party up the nooks of the fragment towards the surface. The CSF humanity is in view, but they don't have time to wait it to orbit away. Their tiny specks of movement continue upwards.
On flat ground but hidden from the walls of the Fortress, Anja and Valk begin phase 2. Sarr kindly hauled up most of the uniforms with him, and now they are donned. Adjusted, faces blackened, fake hair applied, weapons donned and stowed until it is a group of knights stood there.
Anja, sporting a perfect likeness of lieutenant Bern Grimtouch, corrects posture, shows them salutes, details the marching order and makes them ready for one hell of a blag. All through there is a look of intense concentration on her face, like she has to elucidate each word or she'll forget it.
They march, out of sight, circling towards the gap in the outer walls.
Its beautiful craftsmanship. The new stone blends seamlessly with the old, perfectly plugging the gap without leaving a garish change in brickwork. Undaunted, Segue goes for his backup route - a service entrance beneath an overhang so one could see the lock being picked, now sporting three guards and an alarm bell.
Its not clear if Segue is trying to find an entrance, or conducting a walking tour of Recent Improvements to Storm Fortress Security. Nothing. Not a mousehole. The only way into or out of the fortress is the main gate.
