Fellow Citizens of the Colonies,
The signs are here. Soon, the mists will boil again. No colony will survive a second catastrophe. Not the Union. Not the Confederacy. Not the City. Not the Fallen. No one.
The plans of the temple ambassadors are useless. The mists did not boil for no reason a generation ago, and they simmer for the same reason now. They are being controlled by one beyond your comprehension. It broke the world a millennia ago, and humanity should have ended then. Now the world will be broken again, and it’s purpose will finally be complete.
So, Citizens, what shall you do, now that the end has come?

Roderick of clan Antso has published a book detailing the history of the City. The short book documents several exciting discoveries, proving Masonic involvement in the great construction.
The Masons were an advanced clan of artisans whose techniques remain lost. It is unclear whether the clan were of Union, or Confederate origin.
Roderick's 'proof' is hard for the non-academics to discern, though seems to involve ancient and extensive maps of the city, done in the distinctive masonic style. It also references several incredibly lewed woodcuts of sheep, though the reasoning behind this is unclear.
This season, a delegation from across all the colonies met to try and stop the Mists from boiling again and causing great destruction. What they discovered was that the situation was far worse than previously thought; the Mists were right on the cusp of reching out and engulfing five fragments from the colonies. They sent a warning to each group, but unfortunately, it was too late for some. While the two fragments of the Confederacy and the two of the Union were evacuated in time, the message was slow to reach the Fallen, and many casualties were suffered. Among them were an Unsullied diplomatic delegation, guiding Madison Bourne around the Fallen territories. Any attempts to reach them have met with failure.
There is some sort of great construction being constructed in the lands of the Confederacy. It has been a hive of activity over the past few months, with a constant stream of comings and goings. It appears the confederacy are doing something to a rather large fragment, hollowing it out. No one outside the Confederacy is 100% sure what it is for, but soldiers have been seen around and it is strongly believed to have some military purpose. Either way, it is clear it is going to be a masterpiece of civil engineering.
Evelyn Minver has finished her Postal Network, the 4 colonies now have a well connected postal system. A centralised Sorting office has been built by Sarenn , and Evelyn has said the postal system is neutral, not tied explicitly to one of the colonies. Over the next few moths, prefabricated post offices are being assembled, which can be quickly erected to expand the network deeper into the colonies, meaning you won’t have to travel as far to get your messages moving, but all in all the main framework it there.
Many people are heralding this achievement as a new era in inter colony cooperation.
Tales are told of a masked Zwerginn moving through the city, among the surface and within, talking of rebellion, of a new world order, of overthrowing the oppressive yolk of tyrrany. Under his leadership, Union, Confederacy and City soldiers have all felt the sting of a people who want to make it clear they will not be messed with.
This man refers to himself as Comerade S.
While his attacks have mostly been a nuisance to the troops, civil unrest is increasing, and he has popular support.
Word has it that the demon now most commonly known as the “Black Lightning” has been killed! Reportedly a crusade against him was recently led by the Knights of the Storm and joined by soldiers from the Union and the Fallen, and they were successful in killing him. Although there is yet no definte confirmation of this and Harkon Stormwarden has been unavailable to comment, there have been no reported Black Lightning attacks since.
An Advertisment coming out of Clan Apscray, its resources are being open to those outside the fallen.
