(C) Geomantic Cannon - 4BP

This a new type of cannon that fires special Geomantic shells. These shells are filled with storm ore. THe shells are then place in the cannon, where special geomantic system give them large amounts of geomantic energy causing them to fire down a rifled barrel for massive damage against the target. (sorry Geomancy specifically doesn't work on runes.)
