This is a project for the creation of weapons capable of taking out entire fragments. They are made up of 2 parts, a delivery system, a geomantic creation, capable of guiding the payload into the target from long distance without a geomancer on hand to guide it in. Then the payload, a massive cash of explosives, which will engulf a fragment in firey doom.
The two lines are 2 independent project in system terms, I have put them on the same page as they are storywise the same project.
