Anti-GPR Propaganda network - 4BP (C)

This network will have two parts; one is slowing the spread of the GPR's doctrine, by interrupting their propaganda messages, making people less likely to pass them on, and so on. The second part is to spread counter-propaganda, casting doubts on the superiority of the GPR and El Presidente and playing down their successes. This will work together to give the GPR a great penalty to their efforts in spreading their doctrine.
