Fallen Special Operations Executive - 5BP

A small military unit of stealth operatives, augmented and trained to excel at secretive missions behind enemy lines. A secret squad of ninjas, basically.

Completion of this project will provide a two-slot resource which will be under Sarin's control.

Each slot can be used in a military manner, providing a minor or significant edge depending on circumstances, to sabotage others and their actions, providing a significant edge, or to steal things, with a significant edge. If they are used to steal, the nature of the thieves and their methods will be obvious.
