(C) Harrier Fragments - 3BP

Building on the racing fragment geology, this is a quicker, dirtier version with some modifications to make them combat-ready.

They are going to be essentially streamlined, stripped down versions of the racing fragments, intended to be used as short-range interceptors launched from the Sky Bastions or Sky Fortress. Quantity and serial reproducability over quality: they don't need to be perfect, just really fast on the short term and moderately agile.

Designed to work in conjunction with the CSF.

Once complete, this project will provide a multi slot resource 'Harrier fragments' that can be used for the following

  1. To provide health boons to clans protected by them.
  2. To help teach someone the specialization 'racing fragments'.

Requirements

  • Level 3 Geomancy
  • A very carefully selected original fragment. A skilled Investigator will be needed to hunt this out amid the tens of thousands of fragments in the void.
  • Bomb technology, (otherwise you're dropping cannonballs).

  • Administration - The precise and scientific approach to the fine tuning would benefit from input
  • Strategy - For suiting them to their task

Modifications

  1. Takhai - Make a brief alteration of the spire principle to create a geomantic core in the front of the racing fragment, so that the drill parts will be caught in its orbit, essentially creating a high speed drill-shaped cone of rapidly rotating small fragments which could be used to allow the racing fragment to bore through enemy vessels.
