Cabal of Circumspection

A clan of diplomats and administrators. They have experienced a great deal of the broken world in their travels and have relationships with many factions. As seasoned diplomats they are renowned among outsiders as among the most approachable and friendly clans within the Fallen; being far less dismissive of outsiders then some other fallen and seemingly with more humanity then some of the more esoteric members of their society. They are master negotiators and administrators who eschew the use of violence to further the goals and relationships of the fallen. A major portion of their portfolio is contacting those whose exceptional abilities might make them ideal candidates to join the fallen in their quest for ascension to posthumanity.
