Servius Tullius of the Spequorii (Javi)

He is a junior magistrate of the Spequorii. He was born out of a family of the Recconian tribe and has had some experience in fighting amongst the clansmen after he reached manhood. He then obtained his woollen cloak and became an apprentice of the clan-builder instead of fighting as his other brothers did.
