Lost Alice's Children

They leave little evidence of their passing; a few loaves stolen here, medicines going missing there. This ragtag group of children, forsaken by those meant to protect them, now trust society little andkeep out of it as much as possible, preferring to remain in their hideaways deep in the forests, swamps and other inhospitable places on fragments.
