The Bygone Family

They are a family of inventors who would be willing to trade knowledge or tools for useful resources or interesting things. Their skills include, for some reason, particular capability when it comes to designing and inventing tools which can be used to harvest a fragment and its resources, and this has been key in the family's survival to this point.
