Constuction Song

Builders and miners across the Broken World have been picking up a catchy tune to work to. Wherever it came from, it must have been a grand work that spawned it.

“This is in memory of a good friend of mine, stabbed three days ago. Heres to you, Lenny 'the Pink' Floyd.”

Lets Build this thing to r-r-regulation.

You don't need no thought control

No dark sarcasm on the fragment

Fellas, get into the Zone,

Hey, fellas, get into the zone.

All in all, let's put another brick in the wall

All in all, we need a-a-another brick in the wall

STORM SAX SOLO

Neverdark is closer

The city of Neverdark is moving closer to the colonies. At its current speed it will take a year to reach the colonies. Those who look towards it can see movement, but it is still to far away to make out exactly what it is.

Postal Network

The Union Postal Service, administered by the Jade Vale is expanded to cover all 4 colonies. With offices in the Fallen and the City, and plans for an office in the confederacy, it looks like the the four colonies will be connected with a unified messaging system.

To send a message you must purchase on of the new “stamps.” There are two types, one for intracolony messages, one for intercolony messages. You can also pay extra to deliver faster, or if you want to send packages. (No ticking ones allowed.)

Missing Persons

A great number of clans seem to have lost people recently - sadly, this seems to coincide with large numbers of charred bodies being found, apparently killed by storm magic. While few people appear to have seen the Black Lightning in person, it's pretty clear in the minds of most that the inhuman monster is responsible. From the diplomat to the assassin, Black Lightning spares no-one. Most distressingly, some of the bodies found were those of innocent children, killed during play. Clearly it is to those skilled in the magics that we must look to to deal with this creature - before more are killed.

Fellow Citizens of the Colonies,

The signs are here. Soon, the mists will boil again. No colony will survive a second catastrophe. Not the Union. Not the Confederacy. Not the City. Not the Fallen. No one.

The plans of the temple ambassadors are useless. The mists did not boil for no reason a generation ago, and they simmer for the same reason now. They are being controlled by one beyond your comprehension. It broke the world a millennia ago, and humanity should have ended then. Now the world will be broken again, and it's purpose will finally be complete.

So, Citizens, what shall you do, now that the end has come?
