They are going to be essentially streamlined, stripped down versions of the racing fragments, intended to be used as short-range interceptors launched from the Sky Bastions or Sky Fortress. Quantity and serial reproducability over quality: they don't need to be perfect, just really fast on the short term and moderately agile. Designed to work in conjunction with the CSF. //Once complete, this project will provide a multi slot resource 'Harrier fragments' that can be used for the following// - To provide health boons to clans protected by them. - To help teach someone the specialization 'racing fragments'. ====Requirements==== * Level 3 Geomancy * A very carefully selected original fragment.
